Apply to volunteer at Repair Cafe Bellarine

We run just once a month on the third Sunday between 12:30 and 3:30PM at Ocean Grove Neighbourhood House, 1 John Dory Drive, Ocean. We offer a free service to the public to assist with repair of items like clothing kitchen appliance furniture etc. Our air is to improve the environment through waste reduction. The group numbers around 25 volunteers. Loosely the volunteers fit into one of two categories, the fixers that are directly involved with repair of items the the public bring in, or reception/admin volunteers that manage the registering of items that come in and the job queues etc. If you are interested there is also an opportunity to help with planning and managing repair cafe’s.
